Lexworth Law is a professionally managed corporate and commercial law firm based in Coimbatore, with partners and associates across Chennai, Pune and Mumbai and litigation reach through the courts of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Maharashtra. Our team brings over 60 years of combined experience, anchored by a founder who is both a corporate lawyer and a Chartered Accountant.

We practise across two connected spheres. The first is transaction and advisory support for corporates and MSMEs — covering corporate structuring, intellectual property, commercial contracts, privacy and employment law. The second is litigation, mediation and dispute resolution for businesses and individuals across commercial, banking, property, IP and MSME laws.
