Balakrishnan N is a corporate lawyer and qualified Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of post-qualification experience in finance, legal and corporate affairs. His career has included senior roles at organisations such as ITC Ltd., UTI and the Shaw Wallace Group, as well as directorships in large and mid-sized businesses.
